(“MediDent Supplies”, “MDS”, “we”, or “us”). This policy applies to all transactions conducted on or through this site. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, so we’re offering a 60-day money-back guarantee period after you receive your product. If the product does not meet your expectation, you may return the product to receive a full refund. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Productsthat are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Approved refunds that can not be applied back to the original form of payment will only be given as MediDent Supplies store credit.

If one of our products is damaged upon arrival, within 24 hours of receiving the package, take several photos of the packaging and item(s) and send the photos with a description of the situation and damage to our email:

Purchases marked as a gift will only be refunded as store credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
